Northern Ohio Search Emergency Services, Inc. (N.O.S.E.S.) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the search and rescue of lost and missing persons by using trained handlers, 
certified search dogs, and by utilizing new technology as it becomes available, to aid Law Enforcement Agencies and Emergency Services.
